This is a properties sheet of the born this way cover. Lady Gaga said herself on her twitter that she just recently completed the Born This Way cover. She also stated facts that go against the released image in the Gagavision 42.
As seen in this properties sheet, the cover was made December 12th, 2010. I am not lying either! Save the image from twitter (full zoom) and look for yourself.
With this and other info found on tumblr and elsewhere, I believe that this is a clever scheme by Gaga, and that this is the 3rd and last time she will betray us.
